Episode 1 kicks off with a crucial deep dive into Treating Panic Attacks and Panic Disorder in the first of our Therapeutic Modalities Series, where I break down practical ways to manage and overcome panic.

In Episode 2, we unravel the Surprising Connection Between Past Life Regression and Healing, showing how revisiting our past can offer profound present-day transformations.

Episode 3 is for the creatives out there! We’ll be Unlocking Imagination as I sit down with Author Anne-Cecile Ville to discuss the creative writing process and how to tap into your artistic potential. I invite her back later in the season with a new project.

Dreamers, get ready! In Episode 4, we explore the Journey into the Subconscious with Dream Therapist Jane Teresa Anderson. Learn how to decode your dreams and discover what they’re really telling you.
We also step into the world of holistic health with Debbie Cotton in Episode 5, where we uncover the world of Naturopathy, focusing on the Microbiome and rediscovering balance within ourselves.

Explore the magic of Mediumship in Episode 6 with the first instalment of our series on spirit work, followed by a journey into Spiritual Connection with Liz Winter, Ruth Phillips, and more as we peel back the layers of the unseen world.



In Episodes 7 & 8 -  Exploring the Spiritual Threads That Connect Us All - Weaving the Unseen and we learn about meditation and yoga with Embarking on a Journey of Wellness: Yoga & Meditation with Sierra Truong. Very exciting stuff!

And that's not all— In the Artist in Residence series, creativity and artistry flow throughout the season.  Episodes 9, 10 & 11 with E9 Delving into a new short film with Screenwriter Anne-Cecile Ville

In E10 I was overjoyed beyond excitement as I interviewed my long-time friend and mentor in many ways from Los Angeles - Artistry and Perseverance: A Captivating Journey with Actor Kelly Jo Minter Part 1, and E11 for 2 & 3. Kelly and I go way back, as they say, and we share some amazing memories and are so happy to where we are now!

For business owners and those working daily to be as productive as they can, in Episode 12 we welcome The Secret to Being Productive: Unveiling Insights and Strategies from Author Donna McGeorge.

In Episode 13 I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing a long-time friend whom I am so proud of - Unleashing Your Talent: Competency and Courage in Acting with Acting Coach Natalie Ford. Natalie and I share a common bond for creativity as we both started very young at an advertising agency. Listen as we reminisce and discuss some of our deepest hopes and dreams that came true.

Plus, we explore deeper societal and psychological topics like Narcissism and Substance Abuse in Episode 14. With my experience in working with NPD in a psychiatric hospital, I provide some insights into this very mis-understood topic.

In Episode 15 we welcome my good friend Katarina Miletic for Unveiling An Artist's Journey and Embracing Creativity and Meaning, as she discusses her painting and creativity with joy and meaning. Truly inspirational!

This season also takes a spiritual turn: Explore the magic of Mediumship in Episode 16 as I introduce this portion of the podcast, with the first instalment of our series on my spirit work, The Spirit of Mediumship. This is followed by a journey into Spiritual Connection in Episode 17 with Liz Winter. And then, I once again have the absolute joy and pleasure of interviewing a good friend and mentor for Episode 18,  Ruth Phillips, and more as we peel back the layers of the unseen world in Unravelling the Purpose in Mediumship with Clairvoyant Medium Ruth Phillips.

As we continue, I was feeling like the luckiest girl in the world, with such amazing guests and insightful interviews, learning so much along the way and hoping the our listeners feel the same.

Plus, we bridge the gap between Spirituality and Psychology in Episode 19 with Psychic Psychotherapist Xandra Hawes as we discuss how to navigate the two in Bridging Spirituality and Psychology for Healing with Psychic Psychotherapist Xandra Hawes

I present a solo episode for you in Episode 20 with one of my favourite topics, Mediumship, Unveiling the 'Clairs': Exploring Your Psychic and Mediumship Gifts in the Realm of Spirit. I have taught Mediumship for years and I am passionate about helping others to understand how they too can become more open to the world of Spirit.

We close out Season 1 with Episode 21 and a very special guest, Author and Researcher Bob Ginsberg in Delving into Netflix's 'Surviving Death', the popular Netflix show that sparked so much interest and attention and he we explore his involvement and how this came about. Very insightful and uplifting!


In Episode 22 we celebrate Season 1 with some insights and bloopers and funny outtakes which I hope you enjoy!
